If something happens its just because someone made it happen, no one looks out for each other, no one is really looking out for the customer, if they aren't "paid" then they feel no obligation to literally just help this other human being. You wont make friends here, management is not on your side, everyone is just doing what they're supposed to do and there is no atmosphere, there is no camaraderie, there is no vibe.
